Pick from 30+ free templates — safety walkthroughs, property condition reports, food-service checklists, vehicle pre-trips, and more. Customize the wording, add or remove sections, or build one from scratch. Templates come from public-domain regulatory documents so you start with checks that actually reflect the standard.
No spreadsheets to set up.
Open the inspection on your phone and tap your way through it. The questions match the form on your template: pass, fail, or N/A, short notes, numbers with units, multiple choice. Each section progresses one at a time so you can't accidentally skip a required check.
Works fully offline. Sync resumes when you reconnect.
Snap a photo where it matters, capture a typed signature for sign-off, and add a note when something needs explaining. Photos are timestamped and (optionally) geo-tagged so the record holds up later. Everything saves locally as you go.
No separate camera roll to wrangle.
When you mark the inspection complete, a polished PDF is generated server-side with your logo, your colors, and the standard exec-summary / findings / detail layout. If your inspection has a client email on file, the PDF is sent to them automatically. You can also download or re-send it from the dashboard any time.

Common questions
There are two parts: a mobile app for the field (iOS and Android, free to install) and a web dashboard (no install, just a browser). You can use either or both. Most teams have one or two admins on the dashboard and everyone else on mobile.
About five minutes. Sign up, pick a template from the library or clone a free one, and run your first inspection. Customizing a template (renaming sections, adding checks) often takes fewer than 10 minutes.
No checklist tool can do that. Our templates are sourced from public regulatory documents (OSHA, FDA Food Code, InterNACHI, etc.) so they reflect the actual standard, but they're self-inspection aids. You're still responsible for correcting whatever you find. We're explicit about this on every template page.
Nothing. The app stores responses, photos, and signatures locally as you go. You can finish the inspection and mark it complete while offline; the PDF generates as soon as your device reconnects.
Yes, on any paid plan. Upload a logo and pick a primary + secondary color in your settings, and they appear on every PDF you generate. The free tier removes branding but keeps every other feature.
